Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Web Extreme Ltd., Ivan Peichev St. 10, Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "us"), for the use of asksebastian.ai ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it, and "you" means that company.
1. The Service
Sebastian is an AI assistant for Amazon sellers and vendors. It syncs data from the Amazon accounts you connect and lets you ask questions, build reports, monitor listings, prepare listing changes and use your data from AI clients through the Model Context Protocol. Features may change as we improve the Service.
2. Accounts
- The Service is for business use. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for your users, their permissions and keeping credentials and API keys secret. Tell us promptly at support@webextreme.bg if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may connect only Amazon accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Fees
Paid plans, prices and billing periods are as agreed in your order or shown in the Service. Fees are exclusive of VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise. We give at least 30 days' notice of price changes. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods.
4. Your data
You keep all rights to your seller data and the content you create. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the Service. We process personal data in your account under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms, and our own data under the Privacy Policy.
5. Amazon authorization
You connect Amazon through Amazon's official authorization flow and you can revoke it at any time. Your use of Amazon's services remains subject to Amazon's own agreements and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
6. AI output and changes to Amazon
- Answers, reports, forecasts and listing suggestions are produced with AI and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not financial, legal or tax advice. Check important results before you rely on them.
- Changes are sent to your Amazon account only when a user with the right permission approves them, either in the app or through an AI client you connected. You are responsible for the changes approved from your account and for AI clients you authorize.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, Amazon's policies or other people's rights, including publishing misleading product claims;
- access accounts or data you are not authorized to use;
- probe, overload or interfere with the Service, or bypass its limits and security (responsible vulnerability reports under our Security page are welcome);
- resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent;
- use the Service to build a competing product or to extract our models, prompts or code.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Amazon API outages, rate limits and reporting delays, as well as AI provider outages, are outside our control and may delay or limit data.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and trademarks belong to Web Extreme Ltd. Apart from the right to use the Service under these terms, no rights are transferred. Feedback you send may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
10. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue, sales or data, or for decisions made based on the Service. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, or if needed to protect the Service or other customers. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
- After termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA. Ask us before closing if you want an export.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email account owners about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after that date, the new terms apply.
13. Governing law
These terms and the DPA are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
