Connecting to AI should not mean handing over the keys.
Sebastian accesses Amazon data only with your authorization, only through Amazon's official APIs, and only to provide the service to you. Read the full details on our Security page.
Amazon passwords we ever see or store
You approve access on Amazon's own Seller Central, Vendor Central or Amazon Ads authorization pages. Amazon issues tokens that are encrypted at rest, used only by our backend services, and never shown in the app or sent to AI providers.
Official APIs only
Account data is read and changed only through the Selling Partner API and the Amazon Ads API. No browser automation of your Seller Central, Vendor Central or Ads account.
Isolated and encrypted
Every customer account is separated at the database layer, all traffic uses TLS, and our AI providers do not train their models on your data. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
You stay in control
Role-based permissions, per-store access, two-factor sign-in, and revocable API keys. Remove the authorization in Amazon or delete the store and syncing stops immediately.

asksebastian.ai is developed and operated by Web Extreme Ltd., Ivan Peichev St. 10, Sofia, Bulgaria. We are the company behind this website and the contact for privacy, security and support questions.
What Amazon data does Sebastian access?
Only the data of the accounts you authorize, such as sales, orders, inventory, listings, advertising campaigns, search terms and reports. It is used only to provide the service to you. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I revoke access?
Yes, at any time. Remove the authorization in Seller Central, Vendor Central or Amazon Ads, or delete the store in Sebastian, and syncing stops immediately. Related data is deleted within 30 days.
Do AI providers train on my data?
No. Sebastian uses AI providers through business APIs that do not use your data to train their models. Your Amazon tokens are never sent to them.
Can Sebastian change my Amazon listings?
Only with your approval. Suggested changes become change requests, and nothing is sent to Amazon until someone with the publish permission approves it.
Are you affiliated with Amazon?
No. Web Extreme Ltd. is an independent software company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Sebastian connects to your accounts through Amazon's official developer APIs.
